Who am I?

I believe: that entrepreneurs, employees and students want, can and must develop in order to be and remain valuable for themselves and for others. Whoever can adapt the fastest, wins.

I am: an independent entrepreneur, who is constantly working on self-development and looking for solutions for others to gain self-knowledge more easily. My analytical mindset helps me to grow along with technological developments.

I go for: increasing the employability, productivity, development and positive work experience of people through self-knowledge, as well as for better results for the organizations, at lower costs.

By means of: INGENIUMS analysis, valuable information can be obtained about the qualities that are present at birth. This knowledge helps to find a better match for the most suitable position in the workplace.

My ambition is: to help everyone with professional development, not by trying and failing, but by recognizing their own strengths and qualities and using them to get more satisfaction from their own career.

I am driven by: to immerse myself in the problems and wishes of people. By working with my own employees, I have identified developments and trends that are important within organizations. By linking these signals back to the knowledge I have acquired through my studies and training, I have developed INGENIUMS. This provides organizations with valuable input in the development of their human capital.

My vision is: I see people as a philosophical book, which offers a lot of information if you delve into it and can offer a lot of help with self-development if you get the best out of it. To get the best out of life and to achieve as much as possible, self-knowledge is essential.

My career

After studying retail and then communication in 2010, I"ve worked for an international company as an area sales manager in a large market with different countries. This included business travels, making many contacts and above all self-confidence, because of the huge turnovers, which required great responsibility. Although I have been to many different countries and got to meet interesting people, I was missing something.

After working there for four years, I was ready for a new challenge, hereby self-employed entrepreneurship appealed to me the most. That is how I first ended up in the world of freight transport and, as a transport manager, committed myself to the development and growth of a transport company. For this I had obtained all the necessary certificates to obtain a NIWO permit (National and International Road Transport Organization). This company is still active.

In 2018 I was looking for something different. I decided to get a HACCP certificate and took over a catering business, where I still enjoy doing business. My business is located on a university complex, so I come into contact with students on a daily basis.

Shortly after starting the catering business, I had become very interested in astrology and psychology. And since 2019 I devoted myself to the study of it and even after obtaining a few diplomas, I continue to develop in this field. This study has given me a lot of people skills and that's how I came up with the idea to start another company as a consultancy. By managing several companies at the same time, I can certainly call myself a “multitasking woman”.

After astrology study, I've soon found out that it's not what most people know and/ or think about. The funny thing is that I used to think superficially about it myself. But since I took a closer look at it professionally, a whole new world has opened up for me with a lot of philosophy and psychology involved, because it's all connected very closely. All horoscopes in the magazines, can mainly be seen as entertainment and certainly not as a professional part of it. Diplomas obtained in various astrological studies still not satisfying me and I’m far from finished. This knowledge has strongly influenced my view of people, their behavior, motives, beliefs and much more. Since I also studied psychology, basic psychology is “in the pocket” so I've started with social psychology.

To provide some clarity, here is a short explanation about it.

- Astrology stands for the study that describes the connection between the position of the celestial bodies (especially planets and stars) and life on earth. This involves, for example, describing or explaining someone's character and innate qualities.

- The original meaning of psychology is the study of the soul, which is why it used to be called soul skill. Today, psychology is a modern science that studies (individual) human thinking and behavior.

Through my knowledge and experience, I like to help people who don't feel like wasting time by reinventing the wheel themselves, because they know that time is their most precious asset.
